Intellectual Property Rights and Copyrights
The Center undertake to take the following actions to comply with the principles of intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights: • The Center or its third-party content providers shall comply with all national and international rights in intellectual property in and on the Site, including, but not limited to, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, inventions, ideas, trade secrets, source code, HTML code, and "The look and feel" of the Site, color combinations, layout, and all other graphic elements, and the copyright in its original content. • The user must assume that everything he reads or sees on the site or the e-learning system is protected by copyright, trademark, protected, owned or licensed. • Except as expressly stated on the site or the e-learning system or in these terms, nothing on the site or in the training courses may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, republished, displayed or performed for commercial use without prior approval in writing from the Centre, except as provided in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms grants the User an express or implied license to use any of the Center's intellectual property rights. • The Center is committed to respecting intellectual property rights when designing training courses on the e-learning system or on any of our accounts on social networking sites, such as photos, promotional posters and other published materials. • The center is committed to ensuring that the trainer adheres to intellectual property rights when developing the content of training activities. • The trainer acknowledges that every content uploaded to the e-learning system, including recorded activities, test questions, or a questionnaire, must respect intellectual property rights and copyright principles.
