Validity
To earn the accredited CME/CPD hours, the trainee is obligated to attend the training activity during its accreditation period. The following periods are not included in the attendance hours: • Registration periods • Opening periods • Closing periods • Guidance periods • Discussions, questions and answers, communication
Calculation of Attendance Hours
Calculation of attendance hours for asynchronous eLearning activities: The trainee is committed to attending at least (90%) of the full educational hours for one training course. Calculation of attendance hours for regular activities: The trainee is committed to attending at least (90%) of the full educational hours for one training course. Calculation of attendance hours for concurrent virtual activities: The trainee is committed to attending at least (90%) of the full educational hours for one training course. Simultaneous attendance hours through virtual classes are calculated as regular attendance. Calculating attendance hours for blended learning activities: The trainee is committed to attending at least (90%) of the full educational hours for one training course. The trainee is committed to attending eLearning activities with no less than (25%) of the full hours for one training course
Virtual Classes Capacity
The permitted number of synchronous virtual classes is 25 trainees per trainer. It is allowed to increase the number of trainees by 25% based on: • Course type • Activities and interaction • The trainer's experience in providing electronic training In the event that the number of those enrolled in the program increases between (26-50), the center is committed to adding a trainer who will be an assistant to the main trainer. In the event of numbers exceeding 50 trainees, an assistant to the main trainer is calculated for every 50 trainees, and the percentage of increase (25%) is not included after the number of trainers exceeds 50 trainees. For asynchronous training in programs of less than one month duration, there is no upper limit on the number of trainees in this type of training.
