Refund Policy

This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for requesting a refund of your course fee.

Refund Criteria

You are eligible for a refund if you meet both of the following criteria: You have not accessed, used, or downloaded the training course within 14 days of your subscription date. You have completed the course but did not receive Continuing Medical Education (CME/CPD) credits (In Mumaris +) or accredited certificates for practitioners outside Saudi Arabia due to technical issues on our end. If you qualify for a refund, we will deduct 3% of the course fee for bank charges and 3 Saudi Riyal for administrative costs.

Refund Exclusions

You are not eligible for a refund if any of the following applies: You have accessed, used, or downloaded the training course. We have evidence that someone else has used your account. In this case, we also reserve the right to terminate your account permanently. Your account has been reported or banned for violating our terms and conditions. You have completed the course but failed to receive CME/CPD credits (In Mumaris +) for practitioners in Saudi Arabia due to reasons beyond our control, such as (but not limited to): • Your specialization does not match the target audience of the course. • You have problems with your license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. • You did not comply with the CME attendance policies.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps: Send an email to Finance@credit-hours.com from the email address you used to register for the course. Include your name, specialization number, bank details, and the reason for requesting a refund. We will process your refund within 14 days from the date we receive your email. This policy complies with local laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
